• The material being used will determine which ones to use.
• The right choice is crucial for a perfect spray result.
• The nozzle angle determines the width of the spray jet.
• The bore diameter of a nozzle controls the paint flow rate.
• The choice of filter depends on the type of material.
• Essentially, the more viscous the material, the coarser the filter should be.

Filter Options:

• Red Filter Extra Fine -150 mesh: The perfect choice for extremely low viscosity materials such as oils, mould release agents and enamels
• Yellow Filter Fine -100 mesh: Suitable for materials such as fillers and rust-protection paints as well as low-viscosity emulsion and latex paints
• White Filter Medium – 60 mesh: Suitable for use with materials such as latex and emulsion paints, flame retardants, coatings, corrosion-proofing products.
• Green Filter Coarse – 30 mesh: Epoxy & heavy industrial coatings, filler paints.

The Airless Spray Gun Filter should be checked regularly and cleaned or replaced. Filter blockages will reduce your airless sprayer performance.
